Christmas Around the World

This is the introduction to the various paper-crafts that I am going to be creating and putting up here. In my house we celebrate Christmas traditions from around the world. Today, for example, we celebrated the 1st Sunday of Advent by lighting the first candle in our Advent Wreath. We also received our chocolate Advent calendars. I cannot wait to eat my 1st chocolate on the 1st of December!

Happy Thanksgiving!

I really wanted to do more for Thanksgiving, but this was as far as I got. I am afraid that I am getting carried away with plans for Christmas cut-outs. I am very excited and am busy working on creating some things that you can use for Christmas.

Doll Cake Birthday Card

It was my mother's birthday today, so I had to draw a card for her. Her mother always used to make a "doll cake" for her birthday (using one of those doll pics you can buy down the foodcrafting isle) and my mother use to make them for me on my birthday.
