So I have to admit that somewhere along the summer I forgot about my dear little blog. I was overwhelmed by a raging vegetable garden. I found myself daily slicing, grating, washing, and dehydrating. UGH. ...and I also became more than a little obsessed with learning how to sew my own clothes. Which ended up being a success and now I'm still kind of obsessed with it, but that is taking a backseat to SCHOOLWORK! UGH again. I am on my way to being an elementary school teacher, in my 8th semester of undergraduate school at BYU. One of my classes is all about using technology to enhance teaching. For one of the assignments we have to produce a youtube video that is school-ish. I resurrected an old project of mine. I wrote and illustrated a counting book when I was a junior in high school. I titled it 1 is One Dolly I even sent it to a few publishers. I didn't get a positive response, of course, but it was a good experience. When I finish the video I will post the link and all of you viewers can take a look. :)
